Construction 22 can offer a full package when it comes to your building needs. With our licensed builders we offer a wide range of skills for your building project. We can facilitate your renovation, from design to complete build. New builds, decking and hardscaping. Construction 22 also offers in-house small fabrication with our licensed welder.
LIQUID MEMBRANE
Construction 22 offers a highly respected and in demand product of liquid membrane. This system takes the stress out of rusting gutter systems or failed rubber membranes. Being a registered installer of Ecoseal/K1 membrane. We can offer years of product and installer warranty of your chosen membrane.
INSULATED PANELS
Construction 22 can offer a wide range of services within insulated panel jobs. Whether its an engineered cool-room for food hygiene services, additions or alterations to an existing panel building.

ASBESTOS REMOVAL
Construction 22 is licensed and certified class B asbestos removal trained. We can offer small to medium sized removal jobs, however we don't avidly chase this work. We offer this service to our clients as Asbestos often comes up and causes issues within our projects, therefore we felt as a company if we could offer a solution with immediate effect to our client it would not only take away to stress of outsourcing this work, with a high chance of delay but also to keep costs down for our clients.
WELDING AND FABRICATION
Construction 22 can offer complete in house fabrication work. Construction 22 has our own in house certified welder. We offer this service again to our clients to keep a fully in house experience. To keep costs down of out sourcing fabrication work and also keep delaying to a minimum.
